We are looking for a Team Lead for our Application Support Team. In this role you will set the standard for best-in-class customer support. You will realize this by managing and motivating a team of support engineers on a daily basis, and by delivering hands-on customer support yourself.

What you will be doing:

  • Have full commitment to satisfying our customers.
  • Set clear, challenging but realistic customer support goals and motivate the team to reach those goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Deliver hands-on customer support.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Coach the support engineers, in the areas of technical, functional and professional growth.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • A background (hands-on) in technical software support, experience with Linux, and web services (SOAP, REST, HTTP).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational, administrative and time-management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology and software systems.
  • Qualification and priority-setting skills.
  • Dedication to improving processes and products.
  • Proven traits and experiences as a team leader or supervisor of a software support team.
  • Excellent command of English.

Recruitment process

For this position it starts with an intake call with one of our talent partners. Afterwards we will plan a role alignment interview with the Operations Manager. Next you'll spend some time working on an assignment and we will discuss this during the final interview with our COO and Operations Manager. In general this recruitment process will take about 3 weeks from the intake call onwards.
