Internship Human Resources

On-site, Hybrid
  • Netherlands
People & Culture

Job description

Textkernel’s mission is simple: give meaning to labor market data globally and make the data exchange between employers and talent transparent, simple and actionable. How? By utilizing machine intelligence techniques coupled with a talented and ambitious team. Our dynamically growing company is currently working with thousands of clients worldwide, optimizing and automating their recruitment activities. Our software is provided as a SaaS solution and we are working with a lot of the biggest names in the industry.

We think it is important that everyone can work comfortably and we also like to meet each other during fun activities. The People & Culture team of Textkernel ensures that everyone, whether in the Netherlands or abroad, feels connected to Textkernel. To support this, we are looking for an intern for our HR department.

What will you do:

  • Working closely with the People & Culture team.

  • On & off boarding: once there is a verbal agreement from the applicant, the onboarding work begins.
This includes ensuring that the employment contract is signed, a manager is assigned and all pre-employment preparations run smoothly. You support us in this. Of course, it also happens that people leave. You therefore also take care of a smooth exit.

  • Payroll administration: The HR department largely handles the payroll itself. You will therefore support with delivering the mutations and checking the pay slips.

  • Other administrative work: Here you can think of checking declarations, contract changes, scanning files.

  • Sick and better notifications
