Our growing Professional Services team is looking for Technical consultants who are equally at home when it comes to customer communication as to working with technologies.


Products you’ll be working on

You will be dealing with products aimed at helping our diverse recruitment and HR industry customers. These products range from search and match needs (semantics) to automated chatbots, pushing the boundaries of how we connect employers to candidates.


Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant you’ll help our customers integrate our solutions into a diverse range of applications. You will lead onboarding meetings, create technical designs and see through implementation. Talking to customers and coordinating a successful delivery is key in your role. You’ll also have to deal with technical troubleshooting, ranging from configuration errors to product defects.


What can you expect? 

  • Helping out customers with the optimal configuration of our chatbot platform. Including managing conversation flows, conditional routing and actions to external API’s with a low code platform.
  • Serve as a second-line technical support specialist, addressing and resolving escalated issues.
  • Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions with our home grown chatbot management system.
  • Work collaboratively with big corporate sized clients to customize chatbot flows and logic according to specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new features and improvements based on client feedback and technical requirements.
  • Implement custom scripts (Python)

Who you are:

  • A true problem solver with the ability to prioritize and think in processes.
  • You value good communication and you possess a high sense of ownership.
  • You have a background in IT and experience with technical consulting or support (having this experience in a SaaS environment is a plus).
  • You worked in a similar role in a business to business context.
  • You are familiar with: SOAP APIs, REST APIs, HTML, XML, JSON, Python, Linux and command line tools.
  • You have an understanding of integrations with external systems.
  • You have experience with troubleshooting and debugging software.
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch, German or French is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce (objects, field mappings, APEX jobs) is a plus.

Recruitment process

It all starts with an intake call with our Talent Partner. Afterwards we will share a technical assignment and a short personality assessment with you. Next you will discuss your assignment with the hiring team during an interview. In general our recruitment process takes about 2 weeks.
