We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our DACH sales team. The main focus of this role will be providing account management and giving our mid-size clients your undivided attention. By doing so, you will spot opportunities for up-selling our software and training needs.


Main responsibilities

  • Provide account management and up-sell our software to existing clients

  • Take ownership of the overall sales cycle: from qualification of opportunities to handing over new projects into the onboarding process

  • Closely cooperate with our marketing team to maximize market outreach and brand awareness

  • Visit your clients on a regular basis and participate in industry events in the region

  • Being present on events and fairs to represent Textkernel

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You have client-facing Account Management experience (experience in recruitment or SAAS sales is preferred)

  • You are competitive, like performing against targets, and have a healthy portion of humor

  • You speak English and German on a native level and you live in Germany

  • BSc/MSc degree in a commercial or technical field

Recruitment process
For this position it starts with an intake call with our talent partner. After this you will have a role alignment interview with the VP of Sales in Europe. The last step of our process is a short personality assessment and a role play interview. In general our recruitment process takes about 3 weeks from the intake call onwards.

Because we like to speak to qualified candidates right from the start we don't work with end dates for our positions. We will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right fit.
