Project Manager DACH Market

Your responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Textkernel, you are responsible to successfully deliver high-quality solutions to our customers. As first point of contact for our customers, it’s essential to have great communication skills; at the same time manage internal and external resources to provide the best solution that fits customer’s requirements within the given budget.
You should quickly be able to gain basic understanding of how to successfully execute technical roll-out of our products and basic understanding of administration tooling like Jira, Google Suite and Salesforce. As we are a learning organisation, your close involvement with your Sales and Customer Engagement colleagues will ensure good handover and continuous improvement of our processes to better serve our customers.

Your job involves

  • Manage projects to successful deliveries: Define clear objectives, keep clean administration and most of all focus on key user wins.
  • Align resources and priorities by working closely with internal teams, like Sales, Customer Engagement and Technical Consultants.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and escalations.
  • Measurable client satisfaction.

Who you are

  • Bachelor or higher degree.
  • At least 2 years experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills; full mastering of German and English language
  • Knowledge of the labor market, recruitment and HR processes would be a plus.
