We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Candidate Engagement Support team.
Your main responsibilities include:
Be technically savvy and competent.
Collaborate with cross functional teams.
Prioritize and take ownership of issues.
Help our customers troubleshoot, fix and configure our solutions.
Provide clear and accurate answers to customer questions.
Analyze external systems finding out how our services are connected, suggest workarounds and update configurations.
Required skills and knowledge:
You are fluent in Dutch and English (speaking & writing).
3+ years of work experience in customer support is required, preferably in a B2B environment.
Enterprising, analytically strong and creative in devising solutions for our customers.
Knowledge of and/or affinity with IT.
You know how to prioritize and take ownership of your work.
You enjoy taking initiative and working on improving processes.
Result- and solution-oriented and communicatively strong.
Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
You are available full time (40 hour work week).

Recruitment process
For this position it starts with an intake call with our Talent Partner. We will follow up with an assignment and an assessment. To finish up there will be a final interview with the hiring manager and a colleague from the Support Department. In general our recruitment process takes about 3 weeks. Because we like to speak to qualified candidates right from the start we don't work with end dates for our positions. We will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right fit.
